Sitemap Generator is a wonderful tool that allows you to create a map of any website you want (including your own) in multiple formats, for it to be submitted to multiple search engines to help them crawl it better and faster. The program can also be used to search for something in particular on a website, as it separates all the pages helping you explore it whenever you have the time, since all the sitemaps can be saved as html, Google XML, or text files.
The application is very easy to use and intuitive, featuring only two tabs: Site map and Settings. The first thing to do is to type the URL of the website you want to index and specify the searching limitations and URL filters if any. When the program finishes its job, it will provide the total number of pages, their titles and URL. In the settings tab you will be able to specify details regarding your connection, including timeout, max threads to run, proxy information, and a few more things. All in all, Sitemap Generator is a simple application with only one task: indexing. If that's what you need, you should definitely try it because it works pretty well and fast.
